...Love 2 the 9's?

I sent my friend the lyrics to this song. He is not a fan and has never heard the song, but he's a songwriter, so I thought he would appreciate the lyrics. Well, he loved the lyrics, but he said "You know he was high when he wrote that" and I'm like "No he wasn't." He then slouched in his chair looking sleepy saying "booty boom boom, booty boom boom." I started laughing. "He was seriously trippin' that day" I read the lyrics and really got into them and thought maybe he was high

Do you think he was high?

P.S. Is there an actual song called "Supercute?"

The problem is that the entire album is about the quest for vaginas. He starts off with Sexy MF which is just a nickname for vagina. So when he says, in a word or two, it's U I wanna do, he's saying, I wanna do a vagina.

3 chains of gold are about 3 ways to service a vagina, while 7 is about 7 vaginas. The entire album is laden with such vaginal references.

2 the 9's was a warning : One cannot live on vaginas alone else he ends up staying awake and watching the grass grow.

The song is up-tempo. I dig it a lot. One of those ones like "Love 2 the 9's" that should have been released as a single.

Supercute is tight! Love that song and the entire Chocolate Invasion album which is, IMHO, a thousand times better than Musicology and would've been one hell of an album for mainstream release and promotion.

The rap on Love 2 The 9's is the only rap on that like. I think it's sorta cute, "Occupation?... Sex symbol to many, but I really got a beautiful mind... fine, fine..."

On other tracks it's totally unnecessary and ruins the song. The first rap on My Name Is Prince, ending "..b4 U're king anyway" does add a bit of spice to the song, but a second verse?
