I can't really say I'm diggin' the look he is sporting now, with that John Waters moustache and the pimp suits.

1998 was pretty bad, I remember seeing him at the Hippodrome and I thougth his hair was awful, with the mullet almost at the back, and those thin flowing blouses he seemed to have made in every colour imaginable.

In relation to the Lovesexy Tour book cover - I've said it before, and I'll say it again - I LOVE that picture, I had the poster as a kid, and I would love to see more shots from that photoshoot besides the 2 or 3 that are circulating.

NOTHING is even half as bad as the bigass NPG parkas and shit that he and the whole NPG wore around the 1996-1998 dark agres (see the Muppets appearance for example). That shit was just AWKWARD and DESPERATE!

-- the pr era (all the damned makeup n'big hair...woo lawdy! there were some outfits that worked out but overall, that era was pretty gaudy)

-- the d & p era (the typhoon 'do was just the absolute end, yo )

-- the era ('specially when he was rockin the short hair with the honey blonde streaks--didn't look good on 'im, made him look like he had superimposed jaundice or sumfin. blonde streakage and high yella skin don't mix)

-- the hairdo, circa now (it just...irks me)

Yeah, I really liked the highlights. His hair and makeup now makes him look a little like Hitler to me. Please no one throw bricks, I am just not digging that mustache/hair combo he's got going on now .
