I've heard this song once at a club and dumb me never asked the dj where he got it from, It was a extended slow/jazzy version of Princes Beautiful Ones song from Purple Rain album. Has anyone heard this version b4 or know where i could get this gem of a song? From what I heard the song was probably released in Europe some where and not in the US.

There is only one officially released version - the album version.

I know of one unreleased/out-take version that is circulating - and that isn't instrumental.

So you either heard a bootleg mix, or a version by another artist (it was cover by Mary Scarey, dunno if there were any mixes).

BTW - what sort of club was this where they play extended 'slow jazzy' ballads?
