The conspiracy theories about this release would be justified (lord knows I've seen fans do crazier things) if not for the fact that:
A. Most of the DVD sights DO have PR, UTCM and GB on their lists of releases for August. B. It's not likely that USA Today would be in on the conspiracy, since they have the resources to check with the people "in the know" and not be duped. http://www.usatoday.com/l...ions_x.htm | |

This in4mation is so awesome!  wonder if they're gonna have the deleted scenes on the dvd and also wanna know if WB had an interview with Prince, talking 2 him about the whole experience of Purple Rain. It would b cool if they did, even if he has beef with them.

  Well actually, the movie was already on DVD for 9.99 @ most Best Buys near you. I'm sure other ORG members have that copy as well? I purchased it about a year ago. This new version will hopefully have a better sound quality as in the tone of the volume - LOL. Oh yeah, I do own that. I work at Best Buy. If this info is correct, i'm curious as to what the 8 videos will be... 
I mean I can't see the vids for Purple Rain and Let's Go Crazy being included as they were pretty much just lifted straight from the movie. Anyway...great news!    love is god, god is love, girls and boys love god above | |
