I don't think anyone has been with him long enough to say they have evolved with Prince. Wendy and Lisa sort of...you can tell they did after Prince.

Wendy wasn't a bad guitarist before Prince. Story has it she was playing guitar at Lisa'a and he heard her from outside the room she was playing and thought she was really good.

Shelia E has been with him a long time...off and on. I'd say she evolved as a drummer. Though she was good to begin with.

wendy was not in teh band cause she was good, i bet she was there to make a lesbian couple with lisa. Lisa is a zillion times better musican than wendy.
