Well, I got mad reading the Watchtower today cause it's kinda Vulgar about stuff and kinda like Anti-woman ... As a Catholic one would NEVER say a Woman who Gave Birth is Unclean and passes down Sin to her Offspring..Now That is JUST PLAIN CRAZY..BUT That is WHAT THE Watchtower said in their May 15 issue also they are Talking bout Sacrificing Birds. That's HORRENDOUS also! I would Hope that Prince Doesn't Believe all this Garbage. So, I would Hope he Never got Brainwashed into Beleiving in a Religion that is FEAR based and SEEMs Hateful against Certain Groups. Women,Gays... How can Ya Follow them and be in ENTERTAINMENT? That is Backward Thinking and Hollywood would Condemn Them for Saying such HORRIBLE Things. We are To Love and Forgive not Kill Birds as Sacrifices and thinking people are UNCLEAN and HUMAN and MALE SEMEN is DIRTY! ARE They CRAZY?

Well not too long ago a catholic woman who gave birth couldn't receive communion before she got a blessing from the priest. Ask your granny if u don't believe me.

i think maybe you should read that article again, and note that it is not stating that we offer sacrifices today. that article is talking about the bible book of Leviticus. waaaaay long time ago. it explains the Law given to Moses that the Israelites were to observe. in the second paragraph of the article it even reads "Witnesses of Jehovah today are not under the Law given by God through Moses. THe death of Jesus Christ did away with that Law. (Romans 6:14; Ephesians 2:11-16) However, the regulations found in Leviticus can benefit us, teaching us much about the worchip of our God, Jehovah."

the whole thing about childbirth making the woman unclean was to serve as a reminder that they were imperfect, and that sin is passed to the child as well. sin is passed from parent to child, there's no way we can get around that. adam and eve were imperfect and sinned, and so that is all they had to pass on to their children. sin and imperfection. please read the article again, maybe with the attitude of learning from the past, not that this is something we observe today.
