I believe that Clinton sold a CDR of this track while on tour if I remember correctly.
Unsure of the year though

It was originally intended to be on a new Parliament-Funkadelic Album "The Last Time Zone" in 2000. GC Sold a limited edition single at concert venues. Word is that it will be featured on the upcoming P-Funk album "How Late Do You Have To Be To Be Absent"
