I've just put 2gether a 3CD Compilation for my Girlfriend taken entirely from The Work Vols 1-5. It was difficult 2 get it down 2 just 55 Trax chronilogically, but after 3 days I got the 3 CD's cut.....and I'm listening now.....and I thought "What would b my fave 10 trax? - Just One CD"

My rules 4 putting 2gether the Top 55 was No Alternate Versions unless they r original versions (i.e. Can't Stop This Feeling cutting in2 We Can Funk)....oh, and no Alternate Artists either (I hated having 2 miss out Mazarati's 100MPH )

Yeh...just 2 add that it is a 5 Volume 20 Disc Collection of unreleased, outtakes, rare alternate versions, collaborations and associated artists spanning 1976-2001. There's also the original cuts of trax he wrote 4 other artists, such as Manic Monday and Love Thy Will B Done 2 name a couple.

Quality is varied as it was compiled from various versions of unreleased material circulating among us 'Fams'. I'd say that way more than 50% are good quality or better - there's only a few really scratchy recordings on there.
