As I said before I had read the comment about his mother in an article. But that's neither here nor there. I have to say that I'm not bashing JW per say, but I just can't get with the program. Nor did I say they were less worthy. I do take several issues with the group including that it's founder, C.T. Russell, predicted a final end of the kingdoms of this world, and the establishment of the Kingdom of God, would be compleated by 1914. That was 90 years ago. They also teach that only 144,000 can actualy go to Heaven. Also, those who do not go on to Heaven after the resurrection, will be God's subjects in a new paradise on earth, without having to be born again. John 3:3 clearly states that only man born again can see the Kingdom of God. I could go on with this, but this is not the proper forum, nor do I make it my business to speak about politics or religion on this site. I do not knock him for wanting to walk closer to God. I too would love to walk with Him as well. However, I know that we all fall short and must try daily to make that journey possible. Peace and love to you all. ya know, a lot of people thought the world was coming to an end at the time of the first world war... there had never been anything quite like it on the world scene. then thought, it would never happen again, then lo & behold... WWII.

it's funny, but what the guy said isn't even scripturally accurate. instead of walking out & coming to the org to bitch about it afterwards, why didn't you go to him after the meeting, and tell him what you knew? more productive - not to mention helpful to others. but maybe bitching about everything is more fun - for you, anyway.
