ONA tour vs Musicology tour: which one you feeling more? Maybe I'm biased cuz i thought TRC music really expanded the boundaries of the NPG...the showmanship was outstanding and you just never really knew what he was gonna play, even in the same city on multiple nights...
This tour seems really scripted..kinda Prince for Idiots (you know like those self-help books)...i know this is for the waterbug fans..the one's who dusted off their purple rain t-shirts and say they been a Prince fan for 20 years but can't name a cd pressed after 1993. But dayumm...throw the die hards a bone in there...you know a kinda wink-wink that he ain't forgot the "underground years" you look better on your facebook page than you do in person

Definitely ONA -- I just enjoyed the intimacy (and sound) of a smaller venue over the huge arenas...hell, even Hit & Run was better to me. Don't get me wrong, I've enjoyed the two Musicology shows that I've been to and I'm going to two more The message you're about to hear is not meant for transmission
Should only be accessed in the privacy of your mind The words are intense so my dear if you dare to listen Take off your clothes Meet me between the lines

I loved the musicianship of the ONA tour and I love the rearrangements of the hits during current tour, along with the insanity of the casual fans. Atlanta 4/30 was the first time I'd seen Prince perform in an arena and in the round so it was a unique experience for me. Any tour that boasts the performances of Shhh, Controversy, DMSR and a Mother Popcorn take on Sign O The Times is legendary in its own right. I love them both equally in different ways.
