Just read the Duff Mckagen (Formerly Guns And Roses) interview in Bass Player magazine.
He mentions how he and some other band mate (new band of his) listened to old Cameo and Prince to learn 'the groove'.... he also mentiions how he was into Prince's For You and how '1999' really had an effect on him.

I've always wanted to hear his version of 'Bambi'. has anyone heard it?
