"The blue sky will fill with the red blood of the Lamb, and the rain will be purple" or something to that effect. So it's about wishing a former lover peace in the afterlife: "I only wanna see you laughing/dancing/bathing in the purple rain..." Very beautiful and poetic, added even more to the song for me..... |
