Prince's vocal arrangements

I have to give a paper on Prince at school [I looked this up in the dictionary, excuse me if this sounds strange].
One thing I want to mention as typical or unique for Prince's music are his vocal arrangements (multi-layered vocals etc...).
You are the best source for Prince information, anyone want to give me some advice which songs I should use?

Thank you!

Money Don't Matter 2Nite and And God Created Woman would be good examples to use, because of the interplay between the backing vox and the lead....

The End of the Sacrafice of Victor is awesome. Almost any Prince track is an excelent example of this.

Do you have the Rave Un2 the Year 2000 DVD? The add for the sampling set has a sample of "Pink Cashmere" after the computer voice says 'the dopest vocals known to man'. I never thought highly of the song but the snippet of the vocals is amazing (considering I never thought 'Wow amazing vocals'...they are just part of the fabric of the song). A specific example you could mention is "1999" when he decided to separate and highlight the harmony parts during the verses. Also you might want to mention the use of heavily processed vocal tracks, like the deep booming voice on Temptation, or the narrator on TRC or the sped up vocals as 'Camille' on SoTT tracks. Just some ideas smile
