Shorter version of "A Love Bizarre" on CD? I love the longer version from Romance 1600 myself, however, when I make mixes for friends, I like to include A Love Bizarre and most of them don't have the patience for a 10 min.+ song. Was a radio edit ever released on CD? Thanks! "She made me glad to be a man"

I found a live version on iTunes - Ringo Starr and His All Star Band - that's Sheila singing.
That is one long ass song, isn't it. [This message was edited Sun May 9 11:22:24 2004 by TampaPurple] Make me feel tiny if it makes you feel tall, but there's always someone cooler than you. - Ben Folds

I have the 45 and as far as I know there was no cd single or anything. That version simply just fades out. Flip side is "pt 2" and is simply more of the song. Hmm thinking of it...it reminds me of how George Michael released I want your sex.
ANyway...I have yet to even see Love Bizarre (or any of her songs) on a compilation either ANd I totally understand...that after a bit that song needs to end. The only time I can bear that song that long (and it's one of my favorites) is if its Live. Christian Zombie Vampires

I can't remember the name, but you can do an amazon search (that's where I saw it).

Don't think I remember it in the movie. Although alot of songs were used...you do kinda lose track.

i just made my own edit of it the other day.
at around 4:00 (don't remember the exact second, after that sax noodling) i spliced the false restart from the last time they say the title onto that point. sounds great if i do say so myself. ends up about 4:16 also made a beautiful thre and a half minute Lovesexy edit, even keeping the lead-in to When 2 R In Love. i'm thrilled with the results. Thanks for the info. I checked half.com which has lots of used stuff. No Cosmic Funk in stock. I used to have a fade feature on my dual tape deck so I could fade out a song at any point and record it that way. Wish I could do that with a CD. GrayKing, what you did sounds so cool. Nice. The edited version or radio version can be found on a compilation album called "Only Love: 1985-1989", you can buy it here http://www.amazon.com/exe...ce&s=music

you can if you use a CD burner. download the free version of musicmatch, and record it as a .wav file on your computer. then get on kazaa and find Nero 5.9.9.9 (i can never get the audio editor on any of the 6 Ultra editions to work) plus the key generator, and move the wav into the burning list. then right click and go to "audio editor"... you can splice up a song just about any way you can think of, or fade it in, out, change the volume, add effects, etc. it's a pretty hand part of the program... a decent audio editor for something that's non-professional in its utility. that's how i do mine, anyway....
