Musicology - Australian chart results - week 3

Okay, here we go, straight from: http://www.aria.com.au

Musicology Single

This week - #35 (Last week #34, debut at #29)

This isn't too bad, considering if u look at Usher's "Yeah" has dropped from #1 when Musicology debuted to last week (#20) to this week (#39), So P is 4 places higher in that regard. Nova and Austereo network have now added Musicology to their playlists, so there is more exposure, plus the Rove interview this week (which, let's face it, is just a show to appear on if u need to flog a new CD, Movie, Book, Show, etc, etc) may see this go higher next week, wait and see.

Musicology Album

This week - #26 (last week, debut at #15)

Scary when u consider MCLEOD'S DAUGHTERS VOL II Soundtrack has gone UP the charts in the same amount of time (from #24 to #19). For some strange reason, George Michael has gone up the charts as well (I say strange because I haven't seen any exposure of him in the last week to cause the jump up. Not bad considering the CD was released March 15th)

Rove MUST really be a turning point this week to see any increase on CD or single, unless we get the MTV special (The Art of Musicology) next month. All the exposure, the better!
