Prince meets Jay-Z Okay, not our Prince, the one from the U.K. whose guitar solos probably aren't being feverishly debated online as we speak. Still, this is pretty funny.

What's even funnier is that our Guitar-soloing Prince did indeed meet Jay-Z....well, in a way. Their is a Purple Rain remix out with Jay-Z on it. Check out http://www.thepurplealbum.com to hear what I'm referring to. Btw...Jay-Z is also a big Prince fan! Here's proof: http://www.mtv.com/news/a...lines=true

I was able to get a different copy of this concept about a month ago and I liked it. Mine is produced by D-Cyde. I think it's better than the Grey Album - perhaps because it's Purple! I think all the remixes have been fun. The DJ on your link got a bit creative with this project and I really enjoyed hearing the pairing of the two artists. Here's the link to the one I have, and it's free: http://www.purplealbum.com/ [This message was edited Mon May 10 3:38:42 2004 by Kissmequick] [This message was edited Mon May 10 3:45:39 2004 by Kissmequick]
