Web pages are the modern equivalent. There's so much more that you can do. Of course scrapbooks can be converted to web pages if you have a scanner and a computer guru who is willing to help.

I have two Prince scrapbooks. One has photos of him, the other has newspaper clippings, and ticket stubs, and pictures from Prince trips, like the celebrations, etc...

If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

I've had one for a few years...newspaper clippings, magazine articles, pictures, etc.
It's got some nice stuff in it, but I kinda got lazy with it...the guy just wasn't in the
news during the late 90's/early 00's.
My latest thing is to print out his entire catalogue lyrics and keep those nice and
handy...it'll take some time, since it's so massive, and I'm not as FAMish as
others...evillol
Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

I have one that I stopped in 1991... but I have stuff from really early. I suppose it could be turned into an internet site, but what about all the copyright issues?

Actually, I think I knew it was the end of an era, especially when he didn't carry thru with the Lovesexy vibe.

I realized how unhealthy and obsessive I'd become, and I got rid of almost every thing I had collected on Prince. Paisley Park was the only place I could think of who'd appreciate the scrapbook.

I do! I'm 19 and mine is mostly full of Apollonia and Vanity (I also have four pages devoted to Cledus T. Judd-had to put those clippings somewhere lol ). It's starting to look really good though. All the artists are put in there in alphabetical order. I just wish I had someone I could show it to who'd enjoy it. I live w/ my parents and my little sister and they don't like Prince.
If it doesn't fit, it's ugly anyway.
