Aight, remember when George Michael put out the cover of Seal's "Killer" with the cover of "Papa Was a Rolling Stone"? That was fresh!

The double single hasn't been done in a while. I think Green Day might have been the last one to do it and make it popular (I forget the names, I think "Jaded" and something else).

Anyway, Prince needs to release "The Marrying Kind"/"If I was the man in your life" as the next single. Together, minus the Rainbow Children-esque part at the end of IIWTMIYL would be around 5 minutes and together those would be a kickass single!! The songs go perfect together and, in my opinion, are the two best on the new album and possibly one of the best one-two punches he has ever thrown at us.

That would be awesome! Remember back in the day when Prince always released stuff that didn't sound like anything else on the radio? This would qualify! It would definitely stand out (with a kickin video) and bring attention to him and the album/tour.

I just listened to If I was the Man in Your.....blasting loudly in my car stereo. This song is killer and crosses all boundries. It would be a smash hit. In fact its the kind of song like Doves Cry and Kiss, LRC that people just can't ignore

A Million Days is very ignorable even by the POP stations that would be the only places to play it. Groups like Maroon 5 and Incubus are killing songs like that right now. AMDs is not up to snuff

Yes, they're basically one song. If Eye was... ends with the same little guitar riff (this time on synths) that's in The Marrying Kind.. I like that so much!

These songs are awesome. I think I will make a mp3 that has them combined. I hate when I listen to one (when I have my mp3 disc on shuffle) without the other.
