PLEASE SIGN the ORG PETITION for Musicology to be put on VINYL So, I doubt very much that Musicology is going to come out on vinyl. I have no source for this as to whether it is or not, but I very much doubt it.
Personally, I love the album and think it would sound sweet on some nice thick vinyl. But that's just one of the plusses. Along with IMPROVED SOUND (depending on your opinion about Vinyl vs. CD) there would be: NO ANNOYING FLAP TO TRY AND STICK DOWN. A GATEFOLD OUTER SLEEVE OR EVEN A REGULAR OUTER SLEEVE WITH INNER SLEEVES WITH LARGE PHOTOS ON AND LYRICS. A POSSIBLE INCLUSION OF A POSTER. So, whaddaya think? hmmmm.....heh. that's a funny image and it would suck big time, but as far as i know there has never been a digi-pack style for records EVER. then again, Prince is notorious for coming with terrible design ideas. but IT WON'T HAPPEN, godammit!

I think that S.N.O.O.Z.E. should be released on vinyl but it should be remixed with cricket noises, birds singing and the sound of babbling brooks. It'd make a great environmental record for when you're entertaining the laydeez. | |
