Prince's "Musicology" (Columbia) holds its place at No. 3, on a 10% decrease to sales of 170,000 copies in its second week. The sophomore album by Detroit-bred hip-hop act D12 takes the lead of The Billboard 200, ending the five-week reign of Usher's LaFace/Zomba set "Confessions." The Eminem-led sextet's "D12 World" (Shady/Interscope) arrives on the chart with U.S. sales of 544,000 copies in its first week of release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Despite a 3.5% sales increase to 261,000 copies, Usher's "Confessions" falls to No. 2 behind "D12 World." Diana Krall enters The Billboard 200 at No. 4 this week with "The Girl in the Other Room." With 144,000 copies sold. Mario Winans drops three spots to No. 5 on a 44% dip to 124,000 copies of his Bad Boy debut "Hurt No More." | |
