dontpickmypeac hiz	Have one of his guitar solos ever changed your vital stats? For me it's the one on "Sshhh..." It strikes something in me that makes me feel hungry yet satisfied

Loaf	The one on Let's Go Crazy. I heard it about 4 years ago, at a friend's house and it was the first time i took notice of Prince. Before that i always thought of him and Lionel Richie as being the same guy. Seems weird now, i know, but... www.thehungersite.com

Let's Go Crazy made me teach myself how to play the guitar. It led to years of intensive practice and eventually performing and writing.

Every time I play my guitar I HAVE to play either When U Were Mine, the solo from Purple Rain, or one of his guitar-oriented songs.

Thanks, Prince...what an inspiration. Learning music changed my life.

timur	Purple rain live in syracuse made me teach myself how to play the guitar,and i had and have so many nice moments in my life,because of learning guitar.Prince is my biggest inspiration,thank u man.

Still can't play beyond a chord or two on the guitar, but at last year's Oakland sound check, Prince did Joy and I damn near popped an eye out it was so good!

The first time I heard the solo at the end of "Family Name" I almost blew a fuse. I wish I could go door 2 door and play this 4 everyone who thinks all of Prince's songs sound like "Little Red Corvette."
