Thanx to a reminder that Phillip c is the rather gay announcer who introduces prince at the start of the video, I revisited the vid and am surprised how enjoyable it still is! Luckily the video is a extended version of the song meaning the video is about 8 minutes!

The vibe in this video is great and everyone form the band to the crowd and the partyman himself are just joking about and having fun! Prince is actually quite funny in this video too!

Definately one of prince's best music videos that even non-prince fans could enjoy!

U also have mat fink in the video which is nice!

Question:- Theres a girl (woman),wearing a batman t-shirt with rollerblades on (?) who says to Prince "Nobody can beat batman"! Is that Jill Jones? It looks like her! Whoever it is she is fine!

Also.....when Prince leaves the room and escapes the cops at the end of the vid, the screen says "It ain't over yet!".Obviously meaning another installment was planned to be made using another song off Batman (maybe "Electric chair", that would of been interesting), anyway any explanations on that?

They should of put the Batman videos on the actual DVD of the film! They are very batman themed and were hits too! It would be a great bonus Warners....(wink,wink)!

I d-loaded this vid the otha evening(Saturday). It's really funny gonna describe each part of the vid I like...

*When Partyman(Prince) walks in & ya see da shadow of it he wuz whistle'n all casual-like..I
found that funny.

*The big drummer guy sorda reminds me of that Rap group the Fat Boys. Altho I'm sure he's
he's not 1 of'em.

*Loved that jump he did @ minutes 1:31-1:32.

*When he swung thru da crowd(ya think that wuz really him?)

*1nce again the jump @ minutes 2:59.

*Dance & split thru 3:06-3:09.

*Liked that part afda he gave the monkey that banana & he had his hand ova his face,
u could tell it wuzn't gonna be what a banana s'pose 2 be.

*LMAO when he lighted that guy's cigar(cigarette..whateva) & @ minute scenes 5:13-5:15 omg
that sinister smile & look wuz enuff 2 know sumthin' wuz gonna happen. Which did he blew
up that man's cigar.

*When they 'bout 2 take the girl in the batman shirt 'n r-blades out & in minute scenes
5:59-6:00. Loved how he made his voice so light

*LOVED these minutes scenes 6:14-6:26. He asked the woman what she wuz smokin'(his
voice sounded so cartoonish ) she said sumthin'(couldn't quite decipher it) & he said
"Well here..lemme light it" & it went 2 da back scene of her hair & it blew up in her face,&
of course P's taunting laugh afdawards.

*& @ da end when the cops arrive all l8!(which is typical 4 cops in da movies/vids). & P is up
on the balcony & he does that evil-like laugh. I just laughed non-stop @ that cuz his laugh
wuz funny.

It appears I named jussa 'bout the whole vid(almost). Neways it'sa good vid. Anotha Batman song he done I like is 'Batdance'(Vicki Vitale mix). But this 1 wuz good Prince wuz defintely
havin' a good time in it.
