Jughead is barely a Prince song
Granted it sucks, but it's Tony's fault. Prince's part is the best part of the song, very casual rap. But if you are choosing the worst song on a prince album, that may indeed be it. & Prince is to blame for putting it on the album, after all. Check this song out at:

I'd like to add the following to the list:
Everyhthing on NPS except "Come On", "The One" and "Wasted Kisses" "Cherry Cherry" (you could argue that its not a Prince song, but I still count it) "What Do U Want Me 2 Do?"  The only song on Musicology that I hate. His least inspired, most uninteresting song in ages.
