don't tell thegoldexperience. He'll at the same time want to tell you how those shows didn't sell out because nobody's buying tickets to see prince and then tell you that you have to subtract 100,000 giveaways from the first week sales even though billboard clearly stated 17,000 of the total were giveaways.

According to thegoldexperience, Prince isn't selling many tickets or albums when clearly he's doing very well at both. His highest debuting album ever and what appears to be the best selling tour of the year.

Look carefully and u will see #1 is couple of concerts added into 1

so prince is #1 actually
and has been for couple of weeks

about 2 weeks back he had #2 #3 #4 in that week

Also, If Celine was selling out those 20000 seats, even at the lowest price 87.50, it she would gross 9 million. Those are not sellouts. Our man is the only one selling out those shows.
They are comping Dions tickets.
Definitely not selling out every night.

Where is opening night in LA. That was a sellout and I know that that arena holds at least 18,000k. How come that show isn't on the list?

she is playing vegas isnt she? its like 2000 seat places, and she plays every night, so its always a sellout, its vegas! im sure thats right isnt it?

oh i see what you mean, if they were actual sellouts the gross would be higher...dunno then...

actually ive just checked, i think you've got the math wrong. basically its 5 nights, so the actual capacity is only about 4000 per night. its not 5 nights at 20000. get it? so the gross is right, its 5 nights at 4000, not 5 nights at 20k

it is abit confusing at first! im abit of a geek about charts though so i like em! cool
