Musicology Sun Times Review

Below is a link to a "so-so" review of Musicology in The Chicago Sun Times. The reviewer states "The result wasn't THE record, but it was the closest he'd come since "Diamonds and Pearls."

I am willing to bet that a number of people would debate that thought. For myself, the first debate that came to mind was The Gold Experience. Read for yourself.....

Pagey

Jim Derogotis of The Sun Times is a joke. If its not by a band no one has heard of or something by Billy Corgan, Courtney Love, or some other alternative band he gives it a bad review. He has a show with Greg Kot from The Chicago Tribune on the PBS station here in Chicago...and he is proving my point without a doubt every time I watch it. Onething he said last show "I am not giving Steven Tyler any more of my money" after panning Aerosmiths latest CD. He was giving it a bad review because he feels there was no other reason for that band to make a new album except for the $$. I never heard once if the music on it was good or bad...it was as if he had a personal hatred for Tyler.
