I had to laugh, because he seemed sooo disappointed that Prince doesn't curse on this CD. In fact he told me that it was "too clean". He also felt that Prince "lacked energy" on this CD, and that he felt like someone else had made the CD, not Prince. I told him to keep listening (give it a chance) and that he might start to like it.

When Prince says the word "fork" in ICP&C, it kind of sounds like he's saying the F word.

To a certain extent I would agree. The album is good but too clean, too obviously made for a return to fame. It is a pity because most of his successful albums in the past actually crossed boundaries and were not a priori made for mass audience

Apparently so did the idiot who wrote that God-awful review in Time magazine. He intimated that P is a hypocrite cuz he said "bitch" and supposed to be a Jehovah's Witness. I thought about writing a letter to the editor correcting the gaffe.
