Was listening to Howard on the way to work .... and he was commenting on the new Hansen release ... and how Rolling Stone gave it 3 stars ... and he preceded to play it .... on the air .... and was sayin things like "i aint feelin it " ...

then Robin piped up..."uh oh , this makes me nervous , cause Rolling Stone liked the new Prince cd too ... " ....

so Howie puts "MUSICOLOGY " on .... and listens to snippets of each song ... while demonstrating how he would take advantage of Rebecca Romjan Stamos with Prince's musical help .... it was classic... esp when he got into "Illusion Coma Pimp and circumstance "....

he went on to listen to most of the album .... altho ....just snippets of some of the songs .... said he liked it ....

I miss one day.....

They could have played it anytime between then, because they don't stick to much of a format.

it was towards the end of his show ....

right before when he normally would do the NEWS .... etc ....

probably 10 o clock ... or right before 10 .....

he was very respectful of Prince , which always catches me off=guard ... because Howard is usually soooo "put-off" by people who dont come on his radio show ... always makes me think .... hmmm... i wonder if Prince will make a surprise appearance soon .... he he

Upon further listening of the show, Stern ALSO proceeded to repeatedly spank two of his fans. He spanked them on the butt several times to "On the Couch" and "Musicology" because they wanted autographs. "Only if I can spank you..." ,Stern said, "....to Prince."

I heard that this morning too!! Howard LOVED the album and gave it 4 Stars!! He played mostly the fast funky songs! The whole segment went for over 7 minutes! He said he can't wait to see him when Prince plays in NYC at MSG

He was just feelin all of it!! If you listen to the bit right before he played Hanson's new CD.. but only played 10 seconds of every song & wasn't feelin it!

Prince's CD he played half of each song atleast to the hook! Robin & Howard loved "Call my Name"! which shocked me that Howard would play so much of it for an audience which is "mostly" classic rock fans. Right at the Hook on "Call my name" Howard said "YEEEEAAAH!!!" He was just feelin all the funky hits, but "Call My Name" is where Howard & Robin just wanted to listen to the whole song. You can totally tell they enjoy the full album, because when they came back from an 18 minute commercial Howard was playin more of the album!



I HOPE someone can put this Online so we all can download it I have it on audio tape but have no clue how to transfer it to a mp3 file
