Should "Call My Name" be a concept video or a live one??? I was thinking about this today. What in the hell could P do to bring this song to video??? No ideas come to mind. But then I thought, why not tape the song live and have THAT be the video? Since he's on tour and everyone knows he kicks ass live, I just can't see him approach a video any other way...
What do you guys think? A concept video or a live version???

Let me repost what I posted to AMP:
He could have a hit with Call My Name if he'd make a few minor changes to the song for the single and put Alicia Keys in the video, playing and extended piano part and maybe some background vox. Really, it's not that hard to have a hit these days. Pharell, Beyoncé, Alicia Keys...those are three people who could make Prince's sound a bit more contemporary. Let's face it a lot of these songs sound cheap and outdated. Those three people mention could enhance the songs. Everything they touch turns to gold. BUT Prince would most likely be too dominant and demand to be in charge of the production, thus turning anyone he works with into a Prince clone rather than allowing them to keep their identity and "upgrade" his music. There are countless possibilities, but Prince always does it his way and well, in the past 8 years or so, his was hasn't always been the best way to persue commercial success (understatement).
