Prince supporters stop dwelling in the past. Just listen to the new album and stop comparing them to the old ones. That's like having an old dog that dies then buy a new dog and say my new dog is not as cool as my old dog. They're two different dogs! Two dogs can't be the same and two albums shouldn't be the same either. Let's judge Prince's new album on its own merit.

Also, this isn't 1984, but still, I think a lot of young kids in 2004 are behind Prince because Prince doesn't fit the normal image of an older artist. He's not The Rolling Stones or Madonna. Plus they look their ages. Prince doesn't stay in one groove too long so he will always look fresh, youthful and never become dull...
