I burned my copy of that aswell. But unfortunately I ruined my CD player for good when I tried spinning a real peice of coal in it.

About 2 years ago I was sent a video, and one track from this performance was on it. There was a title "Burbank, CA. 3-6-1991", then it cut to 'Cream' from his performance (in that snazzy red suit). And that was it.
Was professionally filmed, however I've only seen 4 minutes of the whole thing.
