Following on from Aerogram's Questionnaire... This is the 'I LOVE LIFE O' THE PARTY' thread
That seemed to be the least liked song on the album from that thread and I really don't think it's a bad song, so all those that like it, sign here!!! 
The most popular looks to be Illusion, Coma Pimp & Circumstance, which is one that I don't enjoy as much as the others... 
I also don't think it sounds anything like Jughead like some people think!! I think it's a fun song! Great bass line! C'mon, lets hear it for Life O' The Party!!!  | |

Well count me in Therapy! I like this song. Well there isn't a song on Musicology that I don't like. It's a feel good song and for me, I'm happy to hear Prince say "OOOWWWAAA" on it. I think I'm going to put it on right now. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |

The chorus sounds a little outdated, but it's still a good, catchy song with a good beat. Harmless fun. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

I don't loathe the song, but it does sound dated and hardly bowls me over. It's candy floss when there's no chocolate croissant. Most will take it. | |

I'm not crazy about the arrangement of it (if I'm using that term correctly) but the lyrics stay in my head & I never skip it 
throwin wrekkads out my winda! cd's out da dow'! Also that little break w/ the ... the... what's that beat - I dunno what kind of beat it is but it's on this part: "I'm the life of the party long as I got cho body shakin like a leaf on a tree" I love the shit outta that!

I think it's his weird interpretation of a Timbaland beat. But, Candy's singing and corny lyrics are definitely a little dated. Still, none of that'll matter 10 years from now.
