This question goes for drummers and musicians. Except for 3 songs where John Blackwell is credited, Prince is supposed to play all instruments in the other songs. In some songs, it's clear he has used programming for drums.
But what about songs like "A Million Days"? Do you think Prince has really played real drums? Or has he used programming too, knowing that with the new software and real samples you can use real drum sounds in your drum parts?

I'm not sure... , answers?

So I guess folks on the org forgat that Prince can play drums.

He doesn't spend as much time on them as he used 2, but listen 2 early unreleased stuff, the first two albums, etc.

Cinnamon Girl and Million Days both have live drums by Prince.

On Musicology, that's a live part clipped and looped, with a drum machine handclap on the 2 and 4... That could B Prince's drumming (in fact I think it is).

The question is that maybe you don't know today there are a lot of software about instruments who use REAL SOUNDS, so it's almost impossible to know if the drums are real or not, and when i say drums, i could say bass, guitar, piano, even vocals.
