Sound quality of new downloads vs. old?

I downloaded TCI (mainly for The Dance) and the sound quality seemed great (not that I ever had a problem with the quality of the old downloads really...).

Now I'm tempted to download C-NOTE and Xpectation, but only if the quality is noticably different - can anyone who has both versions enlighten me?

I think the quality is improved... but others don't think so....
