Probably neither. Notice the line "Ain't no use in voting, same song with a different name" in "Dear Mr. Man."
Prince's traditional beliefs are obviously more in line with Democrats, however. In addition, he held fundraisers for a Democratic mayor of Minneapolis in the early 90's. | |

Well, just listen to "America", "Free" or "Ronnie Talk To Russia".
Prince's earlier image was "wild" and libertine" but in reality his views are common sense and conservative. Just my 2 cents. | |

He's rich, owns his own company, and opposes "sending people to the moon"... and is "america" proud....
