ok now i'm confused why are they adding Call My Name on urban radio so quickly while Musicology is still out there? is it the end of the Musicology chart run? and if it is why is it getting so much airplay on VH1 & MTV and climbing their charts? and why hasn't Sony gone up for adds on top 40 stations for Musicology? will they ask for adds on top 40 for Call My Name or will they ask for adds for another song on top 40 radio or ignore top 40 like they did so far with Musicology? and if Call My Name continues to get added to radio stations at a quick rate does Prince make a video for Call My Name? and will MTV & VH1 play it while Musicology still climbs the video chart?..its all so confusing!!! (i have 2 much time on my hands i guess) Check it out ...Shiny Toy Guns R gonna blowup VERY soon and bring melody back to music..you heard it here 1st! http://www.myspacecomment...theone.mp3

This is an excellent strategy and what I've been saying all along!!!!
He knows that he needs to recapture the attention of black radio. "Call My Name" is a brilliant approach to that objective!!! I think he's doing the right thing. Also, he needs to release more than one song at a time...afterall, isn't that what Usher is doing at the moment??? Usher has 3 songs out right now ("Yeah," "Burn," and "Confessions, Part 2") all being currently played on both black and pop radio stations. Whoever is doing marketing for U certainly knows what he/she is doing!!!! I think there's nothing wrong with this approach. Remember when SOTT was released, P had at least two songs on black radio stations at one time: "If I Was..." and "Adore", while at the same time, "I Could Never Take the Place..." and "SOTT" were being promoted on Top 40 pop stations. A BRILLIANT PLOY, INDEED!
