Lisa was not weak, she was a great, classically trained keyboard player.
But playing wise, SHEILA E is the best. Wendy comes second for personality and vigour. Rhonda Smith is next cause she is DOWN on that bass and funkface! Next is Lisa, as mentioned, she's a great keyboard player. Susannah was another good "Prince Girl" singer and Candy has the goods in the vocals and especially the sax too. SHEILA E WAS THE BEST.

Easy. For overall talent, Wendy and Lisa tied. No one wrote, produced and blended as well as they did with his style. Remember, half of the stuff on his biggest albums (1999-UTCM) was influenced, or co-written by W&L. Purple Rain, ATWIAD and Parade would not have been as great without them around. For example, Mountains was written by W&L in London while Prince was working on UTCM in France. When they brought it back for him, he played around with it, but kept the basic tracks and it turned out great. No one has the track record that they did with him. He opened up with them in a way that he wouldn't allow to happen today. Talk all the crap you want to, these two women delivered...totally.
That said, Sheila has withstood alot and has been able to keep up with him musically. He still feels the need to run to her for percussion when he wants it a little spicy. This is long after any romantic affairs are present. He does it because he totally respects her musical ability. Granted, you'd think that he'd have helped out with THE FAMILY JAMM considering her loyalty but that is another thing all together. Candy is amazing, but doesn't really qualify as a Band member for this question as she has never really been considered an actual BAND MEMBER. She also had a career before Prince, (technically Sheila did as well, but not as a solo artist) so I don't think she qualifies. Personally, I think she is as amazing as any other horn person Prince has ever used (including Eddie M, and Eric Leeds). I'd also add Rosie Gaines without whom DIAMONDS AND PEARLS would have been a beautiful but easily forgotten tune. The expanded version of my book PRINCE and The Purple Rain Era Studio Sessions 1983-1984 was released in November 2018. Actually did a beautiful solo on a live version of "Anotherloverholeinyohead." She really showcased a talent that I didn't know she had. Somehow I always got the feeling that P would never hire a musician who wasn't talented...

well sheila was good for backup voices but was the IT woman for the drums and percussion
on the other hand wendy and lisa's voices blended in with Prince's and didn't sound so breathy like, like with his other female protege's (vanity, appollonia, sheila e., carmen, nona gaye). Sheena Easton and P sounded good together in my opinion, but to me i think the best for the past is wendy for now in the present, its rhonda. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
