May U Live 2 See the Dawn A friend of mine and I have been having this debate for years...as to what exactly that phrase means. I say it's a biblical reference/the dawning of man/second coming of God and he says it's someone named Dawn and she's his secret backup singer (he's kidding)...but that it's certainly not a reference to the bible or the second coming or anything like that.
Does anyone know what it may be a reference to? Or the significance? Also when did it first appear? It is not listed on all of the albums...nor has he included it on anything recently. I think the last reference was the song Welcome to the dawn (and any info on any other verion as on CB it's acoustic version is welcome). But on TGE he writes Welcome to the dawn as well..which is odd. I haven't seen this discussed here so I was wondering what the consensus was? Has he ever been asked that question. So when and what do you think the dawn is? Christian Zombie Vampires | |

In my opinion, I believe he was referring to the end of civilization as we know it. When it looked like that wasn't going to actually happen, the Dawn became the "dawning of a new spiritual revolution." NCC2012... your local Trekkie. =/\=
