I strongly belive it's Prince. Jessie's sound and style is completely different. Listen to "Jungle Love". That's Jessie. Compare the two. Prince is playing all the the guitars on all The Time's albums except for Jungle Love. If you notice, Jessie wrote Jungle Love as well. SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz.
