Is 'House Party' a new song or a cover?

He's playing it live on his tour right now and I don't know the song.

Who can shed some light on this 4 me?

(By the way, lOVE the way he covers Knock On Wood and No Diggity. FONKEY!)

I haven't heard anything from the current tour but could it be a cover of Fred Wesley "Houseparty"
