The Music Industry has known this "little secret" of his [b]true skills in music[/b], but kept quiet because they were all making boat loads of money off him from stupid foreigners just wanting a taste of our hasbeen pop culture. MJ was thrown out of american pop culture for the most part with BAD, then he just ran to europe and cashed his "legit artist" chips in & has been doing a "Vegas Act" for about 15 years now. 1)It sold 8 millions to date 2)30th ann was live 3)MJ has written best pop,rock,soul etc songs ever written 4)Get a life and stop sucking Princes ass and open your eyes to see other great talents | |

You won't see Michael Jackson on a stage playing any instrument until he believes he is the best at that instrument. He just wouldn't do it. Maybe if he loosens up a bit with age, he will do it.

As for only playing if he becomes the best,that just aint going to happen,take steve vai one of the best guitarists around super fast but with "super exceptional" technical and theoretical guitar abilitys,that man started playing at around 10 took lessons off another "super exceptional" guitarist joe satriani and practiced for no less than 10 hours everyday,he also took other lessons on music theory and worked with other teachers to help him develop his skills in all departments. Then he also worked with Frank Zappa for years which I would imagine would have taught him alot about guitar playing. I would say that Kurt Cobain And Noel Gallagher are good guitarists they made a career outta being good guitarist there's no shame in that,but your claiming that Jackson is at the level of Slash Vai Satiani Petrucci and other guitarists that dedicate there time to playing guitar and yet he hasnt show anyone.I doubt he is as good as Noel Gallagher . | |

i dont think hes saying hes as good as those guitarists u mentioned anyway i dont think the ability mj has on a guitar has anything to do with whether he plays it on stage or not michaels a entertainer and having a guitar hanging round his neck would hamper his dancing and i just cant picture michael with a guitar on stage it just wouldnt look natural unlike prince where it does also i dont even think michael devotes much time to mastering any instrument he just learns enough to pick a few chords here and there and leaves the real playing for people who have basically devoted there whole lives to the instrument people like slash and david williams | |
