Sure, It maybe a thankless task, but the fact that u make someone smile should be more than enough. People need 2 start asking themselves WHY they are putting stuff online: are they doing it 2 share...? or are they doing it 2 pump up their ego so they can feel good about themselves? let's face it, and be realistic here - we should be thankful we can see pics of P online still at all the way he's acted in a legal sense the past few years! The gallery I have is for sharing...not for putting watermarks on every pic saying that it's "My property"...because for fuck sake, it's not. I don't believe someone should just GIVE ME CREDIT because the pic is on MY SITE...I didn't take the pictures...I only scanned a majority of them from my own collection, some I got from other ppl to put up...and some I got from other sites...I think it's rather awkward to put your name on a pic just because YOU put it up on a website...you don't OWN anything...relax and calm down a bit. Noone is making money from this, so why the big deal?! But who am I to judge....although, I have thought about why Aaron makes it a point to put the "housequake.org" on every pic that is posted, but that's their thing. Not mine. I post pics because I enjoy sharing them...I've always been a picture whore...always will be. But...I don't own them. I only have a few REAL polaroid pics of Prince that were taken by either me or someone I know. Those are labeled on the site as "taken by...." I think that is the only "fair" thing to do in that situation. But the whole "ownership" of images is completely ridiculous. Nana...I agree with your points. (I'm still waiting for that CD btw)
