lazer65	what would be the the most meaningful prince song if u had 2 choose one If u could pick 1 prince song as the one that meant the most or sounded the hottest what would it be? Mine would be the beautiul ones maybe my computer second . Do it like she like it !

Anna Stesia hands down.

Just because Prince's beliefs have changed, that song still has life saving instructions to follow.

He realized he needed to be closer to the Father, God... to numb his pain, and the only way to get closer to God, was through His son Jesus: "Save me Jesus I've been a fool."

That song defenitely came from his spirit (or the Holy Spirit), not some man-made religion, and he was truly free when he sang it.

Purple rain( when me and my last g/f broke up, i just turned this up full blast and all the great memories came bak, and i just felt that lil bit more better)

I cant make U love me(i know its not prince's but, i just got a lump im my throat when i first heard it)

the most beautiful girl in the world ( it just reminds me of my mum, as i dont live with her, and i love so far away i cant see her every day, so this song really helps me think of her)

edit: Just thought of another one: "Holy River" where he actually says God's name is Jesus. That knowledge only comes thru revelation from The Holy Spirit (including study of The Word).

For the social political importance, I'll choose Sign O' the Times. Since its recording we've lost too many to the disease with the little name, TWO rocketships that blew up, I can't vouch for hurricanes since I'm in Cali, and the song is still relevant for today's climate. Only Marvin Gaye's WTGon has comparable status.

For my own personal concerns, it it Why you wanna treat me so bad?. That is the official song that started me on my Prince Trip.

had 2 choose just 1, I'd probably have 2 say "7," since thats the song that got me in2 Prince 2 begin with.
