Plus it sounds like Ballad of Dorothy Parker...another fave of mine. Rhonda tears shit up on the bass! The main thing that bugs me about the album is that some of the songs are cut short. Just when I'm getting into the groove of Mr. Man and Reflection...what the fuck? It ends abruptly....I absolutely HATE when Prince does this. I mean, he has a slew of songs that are way tooooo long and the one's that need to be longer are short? Again, what the fuck??? | |

I am just floored that people don't like "The Marrying Kind/If I Was the Man in Ur Life." I just don't get it. The guitar rocks! The synth riffs are off the hook and the lyrics are funny as shit. I just don't get it...am I over-listening??? Oh well, I don't like Cinnamon Girl, so that might be it too.
Just goes to show you, we all have different tastes and opinions. Many people don't like "What do U want me 2 do?", but I LOVE this tune...the best on the album. But, I also LOVE jazz, too. | |
