"SHHH" ~ Show Ur Love, Discuss! Someone I know heard this song and went absolutely wild. Until then, she was the quiet type...shy, unassuming...and it wasn't like she JUST had this side to her she never showed to others...she even said after hearing this song she 'understood' what she'd been missing.
I didn't know what to think, still don't. How do you feel about this song? Is it as powerful and sexually stimulating as it makes itself out to be? One thing is for sure....the guitar solo which starts 3:02 into the song is simply incredible! "Sex is not all I think about, it's just all I think about....YOU!"  | |

This song is awesome.
The guitar solos and drumming are wild, just goes to show that Michael B was probably Prince's best ever drummer (though Blackwell could play this shit, he wouldn't hit it as hard). ***** star song! | |

I saw him do "Shhh" (along with 2 other songs) live on Hong Kong Rocks late one night on MTV. It was great. Did anyone see this or know if it's coming back on? I think it initially came on M2, but I don't have that channel. | |

One of the best tracks on TGE. I love this song, except when someone asks me what it is. It's hard as hell to explain that you're listening to SHHH!, because it's such an awkward title.
Case in point: Stranger: What r u listening 2? Me: SHHH! Stranger: What? Me: SHHH! Stranger: Y R U telling me to be quiet? I just asked what the name of the song is. See what I'm sayin. It took me almost 3 minutes to tell my friend the song title and get her to understand what I was talking about and she loves Prince. But, the guitar solo is awesome and the song is splendid. No such luck: http://www.mtv.com/search...e=default# The song he performed before "Shhh" was "baby I'm a star" Anyway, this song grabbed me the first time I heard (and saw) it..On "Welcome 2 The Beautiful Experience", about a full year before TGE was released. Needless to say, the track has endured many "repeats"! | |

Yes, this really is a very sexually powerful song. Way up there with Do me baby, Scandalous, Insatiable! Pure poetry to the ears, and a natural moisuriser for those other parts!!!!! Life's a Parade! LoveLife, LoveSexy! | |
