Right now on Best Buy's Rhapsody service, Prince is the #1 Funk artist with the #1 Funk album (Purple Rain--they don't have the Musicology songs yet), with the #1 Funk single, "Musicology." Lenny's new song is right behind it.

Prince is also the #7 Pop artist behind Britney, Jessica, Avril, et al. And "Musicology" is the #18 Pop song, behind several released and non-released songs by Britney Spears, Hilary Duff, Christina, Mandy Moore, and Jessica Simpson.

Not bad, considering. Little teeny-boppers are taking note.
