am the only one that thinks Gold Experience wasnt all that? It was a nice album no doubt, but sounded over done 2 me. A little full.
Now call me crazy but I think it compares 2 "Diamonds & Pears" and the Symbol album..and Batman. All about *** star albums. I feel although not his best 'commercial' release... The Rainblow Children impressed the fuck out of me. I never thought Prince could have so much emotion and depth and funk and soul and jazz and weirdness thrown all 2gether. it was the most beautiful thing I have ever heard him dont sice i bought "Sign O The Times" in 1994 when i was 12 years old. "Illusion, Coma, Pimp, & Circumstance" is definitely growing on me. But it´s still one one two tracks (with "Life `o` The Party") I could live without on "Musicology". See the man with the blue guitar, maybe one day he`ll be a star... |
