Prince is Funking Brilliant - Daily Star Saturday PRINCE has refound his funk.
I've had an exclusive listen to the Purple one's new album Musicology- out Monday - and it's a triumphant return. Gone is the sex-mad, dirty talking love dwarf and in it's place is a caring lover - thanks, Isuspect, to his conversion to become a Jehovah's witness. Most interestingly, the stars gone political. Top tracks: Musicology, A million days, Life O The Party, The marrying kind and if eye was the man in Ur life. ----- It's interesting to read all these reviews, each saying different Tracks are outstanding. The Sunday Times review says the album is awful and "if Prince has written a song worse than The Marrying Kind, I've yet to hear it". |
