Yes. The original downloads for C-NOTE were 128 kbps MP3 files. The downloads at the club are better quality.

Funny thing is that the skip in Xotica is back...

Maybe they fixed the file now, but the one I downloaded had the exact same blunder the original MP3 file had. The answer that I recieved from the NPGMC was that they would be fixing 'encoding problems' soon. I didn't download it as of late, so maybe they fixed it.
