WHAT TV SHOWS SHOULD PRINCE APPEAR/NOT APPEAR ON? I was thinking about this today and I had these shows in mind if Prince is going to go on TV to perform or/and do interviews for Musicology. These are my picks for the shows I think he should be on and the ones he should avoid, if any.
Shows to go on: *TRL *106th and Park Oprah Dateline The Late Show with David Letterman Late Night with Conan O'Brian The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn 60 Minutes 20/20 Saturday Night Live - just for the hell of it Shows to avoid: Larry King Live - It was kinda boring when he was on it in 1999 for the Rave Project The View - them ladies annoy the hell out of me * Even though TRL and 106th and Park are for the kids, they are the ones who need to be exposed to Prince the most. With the video getting heavy rotation, now's the perfect time for them to see what Prince is all about live. I also wouldn't mind seeing Prince on Live with Regis and Kelly but I can see a whole bunch of you losing your mind at that. Those are my suggestions. What are yours? Keep da Party Movin! I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |

I like this topic! 4 the shows he should go on & 4 in the interview catergory on himself. These the 1s I like...
VH1's Best Week Ever(That's on now so that'd be 1st thing I think of)--really 4 music VH1's The Fabulous Life Of... VH1's Driven BET's How I'm Living Mainly I like VH1 cuz they really get inside info about pplz. & their comments be funny about'em(esp. the Best Week Ever) Prince's associate if ya on here TAKA HINT HINT it'll b4 MO' MONEY 4 YA! I think he should avoid TRL, but I agree that he should go on 106 & Park, they've been begging him to come on the show since it first aired. AJ & Free are both big fans. Oprah's a good place to go too. I see him being on there between shows in Chicago, maybe to promote his second single. Letterman's pretty much a given if he's in New York. JERKIN' EVERYTHING IN SIGHT!!!!! | |

he should do the Howard Stern show. 
Prince would either be really cool, or a real prick. either way, it would be very memorable. and very entertaining.

I kinda agree, though Howard would give him shit about the religious stuff & grill him endlessly about the chicks he banged  P would end up not being much fun (depending on his mood I guess) in that kind of interview.

I pray that he avoids Regis at all costs. It would be funny to see him on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy as well. | |

I love Howard, I listen to every show start to finish. And Howard loves Prince. If Prince kept is real, and dished a little it would be great...Prince would never do it, that JW stuff is too restricting, or P would make it a recruiting seminar. Plus with Prince's whole clean image, I don't know if he would support Stern and the whole Bush Clear Channel witch hunt. I respect that Prince doesn't have to or want be dirty...but I hope he's not for silencing those who speak freely, profanely...or should I say freely...I wonder
