But after all these years why are we still talking about his race. Can a Black man be into different genres of music without his race being questioned? Jimi Hendrix was completely a Black man and I didn't know it until I was a late teen because people made it seem as though he wasn't black, and the name isn't typical in the Black race either but still. And our new kid on the block Van Hunt is clearly Black too, that won't be misconstrued, but when it comes down to Prince there is still the argument. I am tired of it.
